This Triathlon, Duathlon, Fun Run, Swim Run or swim is achievable for anyone.  Do a part of it or the whole thing or make up a team.  500m swim (in calm estuary), 17km flat draft legal cycle, 5km graded riverbank track run/walk.  Fun run 2km, 5km & 10km.  Water safety provided, great relaxed atmosphere & awesome spot prizes.  Great build up event for Kapiti Women's Tri.
